1. How many panes of glass do you have in your home? A "pane" is any piece of glass surrounded by a frame. We need to know which panes are regular-sized (approximately 24" by 32" or less), how many are extra large such as picture windows or roofline panes, and the amount of French panes. We also need to know if there is construction debris like paint or caulking that needs to be
removed. With that information, Melinda can provide a phone estimate.
2. We need to know how long it has been since the windows were professionally cleaned. If it is longer than you
can remember, then we would say that it's time!
3. What part of town do you live in? Is your home typical to most of the other homes in that neighborhood?
4. Do you need extra work such as gutters cleaned or moss control on your roof?
5. Think of your gutter system as your home's elimination system. Clogged or sluggish gutters can cause leaking and water damage to the interior of your house. Gutters and downspouts need to be clear and running freely, especially here in the Pacific North West, where we get our fair share of rain, leaf fall, and debris from conifers.
